Getting Started

Open Google Play on your Android phone or the App Store on iPhone, search for Mobikhata, and tap Install. The app is completely free — no subscription, no trial, no credit card.
Available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store)When the app opens, tap Sign in with Google and select your Google account. This links your khata to secure cloud backup. If you ever lose or change your phone, your entire ledger is restored in seconds when you sign in again.
Your data is private and only accessible to youTap the Add Customer button on the home screen. Enter the customer's name and — optionally — their phone number. You can add as many customers as you need. There is no limit.
All customers stored locally and in your backupSelect the customer, tap New Transaction, and enter the amount. Choose your currency — PKR, USD, or AFN. Select whether this is credit given to the customer (they owe you) or credit received from them (you owe them). Add an optional note, then save. Your ledger is updated instantly.
