Yes. MobiKhata is free to download and use on Google Play and the App Store, and the web app is free too.
Add the customer as a party. Record Cash Out when you give them goods or money on credit, and Cash In when they pay you. MobiKhata keeps a running balance for each party and shows your To Receive and To Pay totals on the home screen.
