Thank you for using Noory To Do List ("the Application", "TaskFlow", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by AYYAN NOORY LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your data when you install and use our mobile application.

Key Privacy Summary

Noory To Do List is designed to be 100% offline and private. All tasks, subtasks, categories, priorities, and app preferences stay strictly on your local device. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or task data.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Our application operates entirely locally without requiring user accounts or external network connectivity. Specifically:

No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or account credentials.
No Task Content Transmission: Your task titles, descriptions, due dates, subtasks, or lists are never transmitted to external servers, cloud databases, or third parties.
No Location Data: We do not track, collect, or access your precise or approximate GPS location.
No Contact List or File Access: The app does not read your contacts, media gallery, or device files.
No Device Identifiers: We do not track your unique device ID (IMEI, IDFA, or AAID) for advertising or profiling.

2. How Your Data is Stored

All data created inside Noory To Do List—including your active tasks, completed items, category tags, priority levels, and visual theme preferences (Dark/Light mode)—is stored locally on your device using native local storage (Key-Value storage via SharedPreferences on Android/iOS).

This data remains under your full control at all times and is accessible only by the application on your physical device.

3. Device Permissions

Noory To Do List requests only minimal system permissions required by the operating system to run smoothly. The app does not request access to sensitive permissions such as Camera, Contacts, Microphone, Location, or Storage.

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics), tracking cookies, or third-party advertising networks into Noory To Do List. The app contains no third-party trackers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data is stored exclusively on your local device:

Complete Control: You can edit or delete individual tasks or lists within the app at any time.
Permanent Removal: Clearing the app data in your device settings or uninstalling Noory To Do List will permanently and instantly erase all stored tasks and preferences from your device.
Since we do not maintain central servers storing your tasks, there is no server-side data retention.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Application is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union), we fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app features or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
